One hundred years ago, on February 21, 1916, a Monday, the first shots were fired in the battle for the French fortress town of Verdun. The Battle of Verdun became the longest battle of the war. This Guide provides an overview of the squads and the roles available for each squad. In Verdun you always play as part of a 4-man squad which has a distinct gameplay style based on an historical unit. Each squad has its own appearance, 2 shared abilities and 4 roles. When the squad levels up, all the roles inside the squad are also levelled up.
